A Wobble Stick is a kind of manipulator, which is completely manually guided. It combines linear with angular movement. In addition the front end can be equipped with a pincer which is controlled by the handle on atmospheric side. So samples can be handled inside a vacuum chamber.

They are available with CF2 3/4" DN40 flanges for strokes of 50 to 250mm and angles of +-23o.

Two different pincers are available, one is designed to pick up Omicron - style sample suppport. Movement stop is available.

Max. temperature is 230oC. Wobble Sticks are leakproof and cleaned for UHV - application.
